8 Delicious Superfoods For Healthier Skin

1. Avocados

This fruit is rich in vitamin E and monounsaturated fatty acids, which are proven to hydrate and shield your skin from the signs of premature aging caused by ultraviolet radiation. While vitamin E is a known antioxidant, the potent source of fats also helps you absorb many of the fat-soluble vitamins that also help protect your skin from sun damage!
