• For optimal results, please follow the directions as follows:
  
  
  1. Cleanse and dry your feet.
  2. Knead pouch to evenly distribute serum.
  3. Take out socks from the pouch and separate the two socks.
  4. Wear socks on feet and tighten with the link strap sticker.
  5. Wear them for 20-30 minutes and let the essence work.
  6. Remove and discard socks and massage remaining serum onto feet.
  7. Do not wash off feet after treatment. Let dry naturally.
     
     

  For best results, we recommend using these socks at least twice a week.
